At Deep South Tackle, we stand behind the quality of our premium fishing rigs and tackle. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
What Can Be Returned
- Unused tackle and components: Hooks, weights, swivels, and other terminal tackle in original packaging
- Pre-made rigs: Unused rigs in original condition with all components intact
- Defective or damaged items: Any product that arrives damaged or defective, regardless of use
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-built rigs that have been used or deployed
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or saltwater exposure
- Products without original packaging or missing components
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@deepsouthtackle.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different hook size, weight, or configuration, contact us to arrange an exchange. We'll cover shipping costs for our error; customer preference exchanges require return shipping at customer expense.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
